Wai-Ming Li has a broad understanding of financial, data processing, internet marketing, stocks investment and real estate knowledge. He worked for one of the largest Bank in California, Bank of America and had progressed in various functional areas:

Consumer Banking, Retail Marketing, Decision Support, International Trades, Industrial Engineering, Network Technology, Application Programming, Systems Administration.

Mr. Li has also worked as an independent free-lance consultant in computer and website development. Owing to his strong finance and IT background, after 10 years, through various promotions, (Los Angeles Unified School District), Mr. Li became the finance manager for its New Construction Department, monitoring an $8 billion dollar Construction budget (coordinating the funding and construction of over 200 High, Middle, Elementary school projects)
